1/ The Consultation

The order process begins with a consultation at least 4-6 months out from your wedding (whether it’s in person, on the phone or through online communication). That way we can learn more about your needs, personality and exactly what kind of event you’re having. During the consultation, please present any visual inspiration you may have, this can include photos, colors, swatches, sketches, themes, etc…anything that inspires you and captures the feeling you want to express. Also come prepared with as much information as possible: dates, times, addresses, sample wording, and any specifics that you will need in your invitation suite.

2/ The Quote

Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will be provided with a price quote and proposal stating in detail the materials, colors, printing processes, turn around dates and all relevant pricing involving your order. Please provide any feedback or make any changes at this time. Once you’ve reviewed our quote and decide that we’re a good fit for you we will collect a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin the design process.

3/ The Design Process

Within two weeks of receiving your quote approval and deposit, we’ll e-mail you a PDF file of your proofs. We strive to make sure that our orders have a minimum of 3 different proof options to choose from. Inital design directions for wedding invitation suites include invitation, reply card and accompanying envelopes. After we’ve discussed your initial feedback, we’ll implement the chosen design into any remaining elements of the suite.

4/ The Revisions

At this time please review the proofs and provide us with any feedback, edits, or additional design changes. We will revise your order and send you up to 3 additional proofs at no extra cost. Additional revisions can be completed at $75/PDF proof. Please note that most changes will take 2-3 business days.

5/ The Approval

We’ll provide a final print ready proof for your review at the end of your round of revisions. At this time be aware of spelling, dates and names as we are not responsible for those errors upon your approval. Once your invitations are perfect, we ask that you e-mail us an approval and submit the final balance.

6/ The Production & Delivery

After we receive your approval and the remaining balance we will start production. You can expect your order to be completed within 2-6 weeks, depending on the printing process and quantity of your order. Rush fees are available to expedite your printing. All orders that require shipping will be shipped out via FEDEX or USPS. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order has shipped.
